Being active on the market for so many years, we are fully aware, that besides the price, the quality of our service is one of the main factors that really matter for our Customers. Therefore all Customer’s quality standards are very important for us.

We also assure that our transport service suppliers respect them with highest priority. In our standard version of cooperation we provide permanent monitoring of the following KPIs: OnTimeCollection, OnTimeDelivery, OnTimeInFull and ClaimRatio. Dependand on Customer’s specific needs we are in position to monitor more than 20 various KPIs starting from stricte operational and service quality through financial and ending with environmental ones.

We have ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001: 2015 quality certificates:
